I had my passport and licence verified, enveloped and posted (special delivery) by a male cashier at Sheep St PO. Nearly a week later my solicitor called because he had still not received my documents. Worried, I tracked the letter online and it showed it was last scanned at sheep st post office. When I confronted sheep st PO they tried to fool me by saying the letter left with the rest of the mail (the sack where they throw your mail into) and they showed me records showing the 'sack' which my letter had been thrown into to have been collected, and that I should take up my complaint with Royal Mail and not them, effectively shifting the blame to Royal Mail. They must have thought they were fooling a toddler, I know anyone (especially a person who knew what's in that letter) can easily pull out the letter from the sack and it will still show as left the post office with the rest of the mail because when they courier collects he scans the sack not individual letters. The only way we can know the that the letter left that the PO is when it's received at its next stop ie a sorting area.I have completely lost confidence in this PO and I am undoubtedly suspicious of their operation. My sensitive documentation have gone missing and I could easily become a victim of ID theft. Disgusted!

Staff incredibly rude. I went to post a box and I asked for a little bit of tape and I had to repeat twice until she told me ?I asked you only once and I did understand on first time you asked?. Very rude. Learn how to have a customer service and some respect. People talk with customers like we are animals. She had red hair, she needs some education and manners.

Since the shop has changed from mcolls its absolutely awful the staff are soo rude have no idea how to talk to people or use manners one of the guys we?re in the post office bit tried to even belittle me in front of female staff who had been working there for years and other customers I?ve not been here since that incident y?all need to sort you?re new staff out by staff I mean the men that work there it?s not all but most and you have the audacity to talk to me the way you did your mums should be ashamed and should feel like they failed. Worst thing is I didn?t even get his name because no one wears a name badge In that shop apparently

Two people seem to work every shift - the most miserable woman I've met in my whole life, who seems to think all the customers are a bother in her unfortunate life, and a much younger man with a heart too kind to share her company. Who you get is luck of the draw.

A few years ago, I had to make an official complaint about staff attitude in this post office after a particular incident. Well, not much has changed since then. It always feels like they are doing you a favour when they serve you.
