We did a school visit in the morning. The children absolutely loved the visit, clear, easy instructions and a very informative quiz as well. The pizzas tasted great at lunchtime.

Myself and my fiancé had dinner at pizza express this week and was served by the lovely Leah. Leah was very helpful, nothing was too much and she had a really calm energy making us feel at home. Overall food was good, although the only seed oil free option was a salad. It would be good to see them using better ingredients.

I recently ordered from Pizza Express through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the delivery experience was a disaster?the driver took ages clearly doing multi drops for other companies, and my pizza arrived cold and uncut. Frustrated, I called the restaurant directly, and I?m so glad I did. The staff member (I believe the manager, unfortunately didn?t get his name) I spoke to was extremely polite and professional, offering exceptional customer service. He sincerely apologised for the inconvenience (even though it wasn?t their fault) and kindly offered to remake my meal if I could collect it myself.
I went to pick up the fresh pizza, and not only was it piping hot and delicious, but the same staff member was just as respectful and helpful in person. He truly turned a disappointing experience into a positive one, and his attitude completely changed my perspective on the situation. I genuinely appreciate how he handled everything, and it?s clear this branch really cares about its customers.
I?ll definitely be visiting the restaurant in person from now on instead of relying on these unreliable delivery apps. Highly recommend this Pizza Express for their fantastic food and outstanding customer service!

We arrived early to our reservation on 02/02/25 and the staff were incredibly accommodating and served us with a smile throughout the evening. My family and I are strict vegetarians with precise dietary requirements but nevertheless, our waiter ( Noah) made us feel welcome and without a single mistake, delivered our food with a smile despite our restrictions. Additionally, we would like to show appreciation to the chefs (Naomi and James) who accommodated our requests with excellent service. Finally, the manager (Dan) then assisted with the service and gave us our desserts even after they had closed and we hadn?t noticed but Noah and Dan continued to show no difference in service until we had left for the evening. Although we live in Leicester, we would happily drive back to Bicester branch for the excellent service!!!

A massive thank you to Jack. I ordered the wrong pizza today I ordered normal instead of vegan cheese and he went above and beyond to help fix the problem.
Staff always so kind and professional over the phone and when we eat in.

Really nice.
I was abit disappointed they didn't have no cranberry sauce for my Christmas pizza but that's fine. Would go back without my children it's a very tight squeeze!
