Had an amazing experience at this store, the weekend just before Christmas. Was waiting in the quee for some time and was becoming frustrated, but got served by Elysia who was apologetic for the wait. This soon turned my mood round. Her service was second to none, at no point did she get frustrated with me even though I was very indecisive about what to get.made tge whole experience relaxing and i was able to purchase at ease with no pressure.

Good selection and nice staff but the service is so slow. Spent an hour waiting just to have a look at their items. Needs more people serving or a different system.

Visited a while back and promised to leave feedback but just figured out how to do that, sorry!I was served by the manager who was very attentive, efficient but also relaxed which I appreciate having visited stores that make me feel pounced on and forced to buy more than I went in for.I was very grateful for her suggestions and the resolution of my heart earrings, from a different store, which were faulty.I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be back.Thanks for a lovely experience

A lovely young woman called Lauren served me and despite not having gift boxes (their delivery had not arrived this week), she went above and beyond to carefully and thoughtfully package the gifts I bought. Thank you and well done from a very happy customer.

I'm so disappointed. After calling my local store over a week ago to ask if they had something in stock, they kindly checked national stock levels and found that the Bicester shop has 3 of the items available. I've tried calling Pandora Bicester numerous times and I even contacted them on WhatsApp but there's been no reply, other than a standard out of hours message that it could take up to one week to reply during busy times. It's been more than a week now and I feel absolutely let down. I adore Pandora jewellery and I just wanted to treat myself for my upcoming birthday.

The schedule is so inaccurate. At google maps it says they are open until 9PM but in reality the store was closed at 7:30PM

It's a small store and as it was quite busy when we visited, they had a queuing system in place, which meant you had to queue just to have a look at what was on display (not a lot, due to lack of space). We were looking for ideas for a birthday present but gave up half way through the queue. Probably only worth it if you know what you want in advance.

Poor customer service. Waited for about 10 minutes to be served as they were too busy doing the stock take. I assume it was the manager because of how bossy she was towards the other staff member because she decided to answer the question I asked after the nice staff member had already answered it and the manager was rather rude about it. I think the manager needs some refresher training in how to speak to customers.
