When selling products they are very good. I like the fact that you can take away items from the shop the same day.
4 months ago I bought a dishwasher from them, which has now developed a reccuring fault. The only way this can be addressed is for me to contact the company and battle with them over warrantly repair.
I now realise that the way small and large retailers operate is the same. It makes no difference whether you buy local or not, when it comes to large appliances. From now on I won't feel bad about buying from a national online retailer.
I had hoped for a less 'computer says no' attitude from our local euronics centre.

Very impressed with this shop. Very helpful staff, got a next day delivery slot. Price same as big chains. Price to take old appliance away was less than Curry?s. When they left my new appliance they took all of the plastic wrapping off and took that away with them as well. Will use again.

Our dishwasher broke yesterday, right before Christmas! We visited O?Gormans this morning, and within an hour, we have a new dishwasher. The old one has been removed, and the new one has been delivered and plumbed in! We are so thankful for such a kind and speedy experience. Thank you to the staff at O?Gormans, and a merry Christmas:)

No hesitation in providing 5 star feedback. A really lovely company to deal with. The ordering process was made so easy for a washing machine and tumble dryer , at competitive pricing, with delivery made on the day and at the time advised. Both appliances fitted, and packing and old machines removed with ease. It really couldn't have been made any easier. I'd highly recommend this company, as a high level of personal service is clearly as important to them as it is to me.
