Yesterday I visited the store to return an item which purchased in Aylesbury 10 days ago as receipt are sent via email mine had not arrived the lady was extremely helpful and the problem was addressed very quickly and satisfactory outcome thank you very much

I’m very unhappy in new look shop in Bicester, very uncomfortable with staff, they look at me like I’m going to steal something.
