I purchased a tee shirt from a friend that gave me some money for a birthday present and when opening it I noticed it had two pulls in it. I have tried on multiple times to get through to you and get no answer. I have spoken with your customer service and they keep telling me to get intouch with you but you're not picking up the phone.? Avoid new balance clothing

Range could be wider but generally decent.Quite a busy strore so can be difficult to get hold of staff.

Not helpful staff. They didn't have in stock the model of shoe I wanted. So I ask if they can order it in for me to pick up a later date. They said no. Poor customer service if you ask me.
