Today I had a terrible experience with your store, poorly trained workers or tired of working engaged by 5 different sizes models and never had my number because it was a size 8. Terrible store, I do not recommend it

Staff is polite and helpful. Although in busy times it might take a while to get your size, I ended buying two shoes. Though only feedback, please allow people with kids to jump the que especially when the kids are sleeping on them and its raining. :)

Update on review. Standards of service have deteriorated. I have worn NB for several decades, way before influencers got involved, way before influencers were a thing. I entered and was ignored completely. I sourced my own trainers from an area that reading other reviews, I was not supposed to go into. I guess either no signage or assistance you help yourself. Upon paying, I was asked if there was anything else they could help me with, and informed her nobody had helped me at all. What takes the Mick was all the other people came in, browsed offered help and left. I bought 3 pairs with nothing. Maybe the staff aren't needed, or maybe they need to be restrained that EVER CUSTOMER IS IMPORTANT, not just the attractive ones.

We had an incredible experience at the New Balance store in Bicester Village, all thanks to Constantina. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. I had my eye on a particular pair of shoes, and although they weren?t immediately available in my size, Constantina went above and beyond to locate them.
She was incredibly patient, resourceful, and determined to help ? checking the stock, making suggestions, and doing everything she could to ensure we walked away with exactly what we wanted. Thanks to her persistence and amazing attitude, we left the store with the perfect pair of shoes and big smiles on our faces.
Customer service like this is rare ? Constantina truly made our shopping experience exceptional. Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and kindness. New Balance is lucky to have someone like you on their team!

Used to be an actual outlet with decent discounts. Now barely any lines and more in line with a premium fashion store, not a sports store. Shame.

Visited today and was disappointed by the staff. There was a group of about 4/5 members of staff standing round in a circle just chatting away amongst themselves. When I approached one to ask if she could check for another size in the back, she radioed down but then never came back to me. She instead returned to the group to stand around chatting. When I noticed this, I went back to ask her if she had checked to which she replied ?no that?s that only size we have??
Why would she not bother to tell me? ? I literally hadn?t even moved from where I initially spoke to her?

Extremely disappointing customer service today. I appreciate the store?s rebrand, but the new layout is confusing. Previously, customers could browse shoe sizes from boxes on the shop floor. Now, the boxes are stored in an easily accessible wardrobe with no clear signs indicating they are off-limits.
When I took out a shoebox in my size?something I?ve done before to save time?the Asian saleswoman rudely snatched it from my hands, put it back, and spoke to me aggressively. Instead of assisting me, she repeatedly demanded to know which style I wanted, ignoring my explanation that I was exploring available options. She then just completely dismissed me and walked away. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude led my family and me to leave the store altogether.
To prevent future confusion, the store should add clear signage, restrict access, or have staff proactively explain the process to customers, just how AllSaints and every other Bicester store do. I hope New Balance takes action, as multiple reviews mention issues with this same employee.

Where they send the NB dregs that don?t sell. It?s a matter of taste of course, but you?d think that NB Bicester Village would have attractive shoe models available. If you?re local or passing by maybe you?ll find something, otherwise it?s a hard avoid.

Visited today, there was just myself, husband and another customer in the shop more staff than customers. My husband was looking at things and I in my wheelchair, went to look at trainers which were high up in the display. The staff stood and watched me struggle to reach them but at no point offered any assistance, indeed we weren't even acknowledge throughout the entire in store, not a good morning, not a hello, not even a smile.

Today at 15:20 my wife liked a shoe in the store. I asked the salesman named Joe to find the other one, he handed us a box in an uninterested and unrelated manner. The number in the box is different, the shoe is a different size. The real incident happened when we went to the cashier. A Saudi Arabian lady wanted the same shoe, so they took the shoe we wanted to buy from us and gave it to her. When I objected to this and said they couldn't do it, they called the security and threatened to throw me out of the store. The store manager who did this was Constantina. This is the most racist and discriminatory thing. Because the Saudi customer is rich, whatever he says goes, I will report this everywhere. I will file a complaint about Joe and Constantina. I will do whatever is necessary to have the store inspected with cameras and to take action against these two racist store clerks.

Avoid at all costs. Sell you a pair of shoes but give the same side foot. Then expect you to run around rectifying their error. Customer service seriously lacking.
