The lady who calls herself a manager is very rude. She also constantly ?forgets? stuff from the order and tries to scam you.

Near enough every visit here involves hassle, the food is a lottery whether it be right or even cooked to Nando?s standard elsewhere, don?t order a corn on the cob if you want to experience eating dry cardboard, high staff turn over and a manager who couldn?t even be arsed to come over and address the crap served up, however the last serving was doing her best.

Probably the worst Mando's I've ever visited.

Was served Burnt chicken which is not really good considering we spent £30 on our meal - all 4 pieces of chicken was dry and had a burnt after taste.
Staff was also seen chatting and I had to go up to ask where our meal was (looked as though it was sat in the warmer for quite a while). Really poor experience!

Food was good! Had to wait to pay for food due not enough staff on the tills. Waitress asked if everything was okay whilst we were eating.

Adriana on the till at this place is like putting an energy draining master at the center of the business? she had no idea what she was doing, no smile, no patience even though I was alone with my 3 year old (who showed more patience and organisation).

A typical nandos you get what you expect! Always go for thighs as the chicken breast is usually dry. Could do with a clean the floor was visibly dirty

Would give 0 if I could. Delivery over an hour late and still no sign of food - Deliveroo won?t cancel and refund. They cannot get hold of restaurant on the phone and neither can we. Appalling service from both companies

Quite a long delay for food due to staff shortages. Also seems to be a large amount of takeaways and deleveries happening. Food was OK but chips needed longer. Thanks to Charlotte for helping out and working hard

Food was cold had to send back to be re cooked, went to use the bathroom and it was filthy!! Makes me wonder what the kitchens like!?

The woman was incredibly rude. She constantly tutted when i was ordering and food took over an hour to come. Starters took 45 minutes for some pitta and humous and some mozarella sticks. Starter was cold and not nice to eat. One of the mains came came out 20 minutes before the other one did.

They not carting anymore and not serving delivery food with sauce as every where else sending sauce separately with any delivery I think management need to look at this
