Very rude staff?specially the manger and man with beard?I was in the store on Saturday morning 27 jan..There was 2-3 Asian ladies who were allowed in shops first as soon as the store opened?they went inside and started taking jackets from everywhere and your all staff members including your manager was focusing on them?they seem to be big buyers as they were allowed in the store?Your staff didn?t even let other people see the stuff as they were directly handed over to them?Your manager who seem to be from Romania was smoking ..she didn?t even wash her hands ..while she packed the stuff my stuff was stinking?Very rude and poor customer service

I purchase this jacket from the Bicester store I have emailed customer service give all the right informationThey email me back saying not enough informationI got told to go to Harrods to return the jacket so I didThe kind lady helped me email back to customer service and it?s been 14 days and no replyIv been trying to call the shop at Bicester and no one is picking upThe coat it a lovely jacket, but all the feathers keep coming out and it looks cheap and fake. Bad service after buying a jacket for almost 1500 pounds. Unlike other times, the people who were there had no interest in selling anything, nor seeing if they had more colors or more sizes. In the end, when I decided to get one, the girl still asked me if she wanted me to take it to the register...Very bad service

Sales associate on mens floor was very unhelpful. Didn?t show any retail sales associate skills that are needed for e.g something as simple as greeting the customer. 31/05

I went in today with a friend looking to buy something potentially and also just having a browse. I was just dressed in tracksuit and a hoodie and most the staff were okay but I went upstairs and said jokingly to a young lad with a skin fade and black hair that I?m a bit broke at the moment so probrally can?t afford anything right now and he said to me seriously ?why are you even here then?? While giving me dirty looks so I said that?s a strange thing to say. I went in a bit later to complain but they said the manager was on break. Seemed like a bit of a lie if I?m honest but complained to an Eastern European sounding lady with black hair who was very nice. But overall being discriminated against for not looking rich and being mocked for this isn?t great

The blonde lady staff is very rude. She was very annoyed when she paid for the jacket. When the alarm went off at the entrance because she didn't remove the security tag, the guard pulled our shopping bag hard. I will never go back to Vicester Village Montcler

Shop looked good but again just another brand name with outlet quality and just felt most of the items were for outlet.still I liked a jacket Nd wanted to try, asked the moncler guy where to look for the size and he didn't know himself so I didn't bother trying
