Had a wonderful buying experience at this Outlet on 26 Feb 2024. Was attended by the lovely Melanie whom somewhat knows what we are looking for. Counter staff was very friendly as well that day though i didnt get her name. Would highly recommend to friends and acquaintances to go here when they are in London.

Staff except one needs training. The lady was very helpful with finding the right shoes size whereas all staff straight away said no and didn't bother to find the size in stock room.Would be better if they smile more and bother to listen to clients over the counter rather than just bill them and hush them away

So this my second time and I came here not a week ago, I wanted to pay with klarna which should work if the tills are working and they are able to take card payment, I asked the guy on tills if I could pay by Klarna he didn?t know what this was asked another lady and she had said not working. Now Klarna goes through my phone doesn?t need to be using there internet and if a customer requests for this form of payment they should allow customers to try as this was a large amount of purchase. They didn?t bother the customer service was great just because your an outlet doesn?t mean you give less. I went in to coach and they had same problem and had tried and gave me other options which was on the same row. If a high end brand doesn?t have internet I think they should get it. Your loss to the business doesn?t matter what form of payment the business will get the money! Ended up paying by cash instead and didn?t make a big deal but will not be going there any time soon.

It's a good brand, specially for women bags and watches also they do good watches for man as well, but I didn't like the man clothes. Price is too much compared to the quality.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable shoping experience. The lady SA on the 4th Sept 23 was polite and attentive. We managed to make a purchase at a bargain price. The store was really spacious, with high ceilings, cheerful colour scheme and well maintained that enhance one's shopping experience. Highly recommended.
