Poor experience here - coffee machine with no milk , lids don’t fit the cups, no one on the checkout

Came to collect a parcel as I had email to say it was there to find out when I got there it hadn’t arrived then tried to call this eve cut off each time .

Another place that doesn't do returns on clothes. Such poor service from M&S, website says one thing. Reality is another.
