I am a massive fan of L?Occitane. I?m incredibly lucky to have Bicester Village on my doorstep where I have visited the store for over 10 years. L?Occitaine had a fantastic store in Bicester Village, it was large, it had a beautifully presence with space to move about and properly see the items and they had fantastic offers. Quite a while ago they moved out of that unit into another building in Bicester Village which is tiny. I couldn?t understand the logic of this move? This store is so tiny there is nowhere to move inside. It?s absolutely bumper to bumper with customers which is a horrible shopping experience. They don?t show the same extensive range of products because they physically don?t have the space. They don?t have the fantastic offers they use to have because they don?t have the space. I feel they have stopped doing the fantastic selection of pick and mix products at really low prices and are concentrating on their premium products only. I don?t feel the customer is getting a good shopping experience at all.I definitely won?t go in the store at a weekend/Bank holiday/near Christmas/after Christmas/New Year because it would be unbearable with people pressed up against one another. I refuse to shop in this manor at all, specially since Covid.Come on L?Occitane in Bicester Village you can do so much better than this. Please move out of that tiny tiny impersonal store, where it?s almost impossible to talk to staff about the products and move into one of the other units there where the customer can get to properly experience your products and get to talk to staff again!! I use to buy hundreds of pounds of products from your shop, because the shopping experience is so bad, I refuse to by from there. I?m not going to ram myself into a small box of a shop and elbow my way to see what you have.

The staff changed my product, the one I paid and choose it?s 150ml hand creams (I even check it before I pay) but the product they given to me which is 4*10ml hand creams which is ridiculous????
