I am very happy, I brought my car in for a free tire check and I received a detail report showing how worn the old tires were with photos and age of each tire. They gave me a quote for 4 new tires, which I accepted on the spot and had 4 new tires fitted under an hour. I found the service very quick and efficient.

They replaced my rear tyres after a puncture damaged my rear alloy however paid for my wheels to be repaired and added a all the wheels as a complement as I had no car as a result as I argued that it has incoveienced me they agreed really can't fault them.

Absolutely 5 Star for these guys!!! Customer service personified - i was late unfortunately today to the MOT due to a severe traffic incident... They still were super friendly and understood my situation and tried to fit me in a cancelled slot the same day and just informed me that they did and that the MOT is all good ? Truly made my day as it was turning out quite the disaster but this news just turned it all around. Can't recommend them enough and surely deserve all stars ?

So grateful to the team at Bicester when I called in on 18-08-2025. Tyre deflation warning light had come on mid-journey. A quick friendly safety check was carried out and they reassured me and sent me safety on my way to complete my journey. So appreciative of the very prompt and friendly service.

Very bad experience I would avoid at all costs.
I came in on the 4th August 10am to get the free brake check as I am experiencing a knocking noise every revolution under low speed braking only.
Without reviewing the car they told me at 9:50 am it's not to do with braking and they'll have to book me in at another time so they can review my brakes AND diagnose the knocking noise.
I came back today at 10 am again and they were done within 30 mins and I was told there was nothing they could find. I was emailed the review sheet which they filled out for my car.
They did not look at brakes or the knocking noise! Only tires. Ridiculous!

I can?t recommend Kfit Plus in Bicester highly enough! The service here is professional yet super friendly, and they work impressively fast. Their prices are very competitive, and the team is clearly knowledgeable and happy to share helpful advice. I had a flat tyre, and they managed to fit it in less than 40 minutes ? absolutely brilliant.

fitting tyres was fine, but they tried given me my car back with out doing my whel alignment. I had to Question if they were being done to which there response was were to busy! we will have to book you in.. so be very careful cause I feel like they do this all the time and if your not watching you wouldn't know

Helped me out massively in an emergency on my way home from Portsmouth to Middlesbrough, boot swung open at a junction and wouldn?t shut, managed to get to the guys without an appointment but with no fuss they fixed the car up and got me back on the road within an hour, free of charge. Bailed me out massively!

Had my front two tires replaced recently and before I even left the car was up on the ramp getting sorted. First class service. Ive used a Kwik fit in oxford as well and will always use them no matter I am. The ease of booking online as well.
