Howdens in Bicester couldn't have been more awkward with my builder - they simply didn't want to sell him anything, presumably because he wasn't on their list of approved tradesmen (he is from Leamington not Bicester). I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Howdens Bicester. The process is deeply flawed, leaving customers with little clarity and accountability.
