Not for this store, but man I miss Homebase in Banbury :( The other DIY and decor stores in town cannot replace the range it had. I been struggling all week to get my stuff from the other stores where I know one trip to Homebase coulda sorted me easy.

Not happy with the service at all. Ordered all bathroom items for refurbishment. All items were sent wrongly. All of them! Wasted me a lot of time and money.

Now The Range, more stock, cheaper and in the first weekend more punters in the shop. Its a better all experience. I was heartend by the fact they still sell Wilco paint products which are good quality at a good price. RIP Wilco.

Sorry to see it closing down...again, the 'reduced' prices are still higher than some other stores. The real sadness, is the team there, who may lose their jobs they are a great team who obviously work well together. They are always helpful, polite and friendly. They are genuinely pleased to help and serve you. If the Range takes it over, fingers crossed, they can learn a lot from the Bicester staff. Banbury Range may have a huge selection, which may answer why the staff can''t answer your questions. Then what would I know, I am only a customer. Its a thumbs up for the staff at Homebase Bicester, sorry you are going through such difficult times, I hope you are able to keep your jobs, or at least find new employment very quickly. I wish good luck to all of you. You have been great, thank you.

I love Homebase and I am genuinely upset it is closing down. If it is available online afterwards, I will continue to shop at Homebase. Thank you for all the great products and I'm sorry you are yet another victim of cost of living
