I came in 5 mins before closing today and the guy that was working was sooo nice I can?t remember his name but he had longish dark blonde hair?? He checked me out at closing time and was super patient and asked if I had my membership and helped me find my account so I saved £4 :) Such a sweetheart

I absolutely love the shop for healthy finds and things you dont find in your general supermarket. However my visit this time wasnt to customer satisfaction. The lady there today was not very conversational there was no warmness to her , she seemed to be awkward or tense. I feel she could have been more welcoming or smiled...

Watch out !There?s a middle -aged white woman as a cashier who?s xenophobic!!!!!Let?s call her Karen!If Karen thinks you don?t speak English, she will give you some attitude!I believe someone racist should not be working there.Hopefully someone asian won?t get treated badly by her.

I am so impressed with this shop. The staff are so nice and friendly I have been helped with so many things by clare. She is great. She has a lot of patience and is so nice with people. I could buy cheaper in other stores but I like the store and the staff are so helpful in what people need. Cant fault them.

Being a regular customer at Holland and Barrett for years, I was starting to loose interest in this specific location because the store was unkept, dirty and poor customer service.I have now regain my interest since the store has this new manager Clare who will go above and beyond to help nothing is too much for her.Going to shop now is a pleasure the cleanliness of the store exceed by a 100% when you walk in the store its spotless.It very good to see someone take great interest in their job and also make customers feel at eased knowing that the shop is no longer a dirty place to visit.Thank you very much Clare for you excellent job ?

After a year suffering with GORD and a slipping hiatus hernia, doctors not helping and I'm now no longer able to take omeprezale due to it making me very poorly and coming out of A&E yesterday I decided today to try Holland & Barrett. All I can say is THANK YOU. Thank you especially to a wonderful and helpful man named Steve (I believe. He was working on 4th Dec about 4pm I must have come in?), he went above and beyond to help me which I can't be anymore grateful moreso that I had my little boy with me and sometimes shopping can be a bit difficult but he made me feel at ease and very informative.

I am a regular customer of Holland and Barrett. I visited the Bicester shop today. One of the staff members, was rude to me. I was trying to decide between two products and she was forcing me to leave the shop as she said the other customers are waiting outside. she wasn't polite while saying this either. When I looked at outside of the shop, one customer came in and there wasn't anybody else waiting. There were many people queueing outside of the other stores and nobody was forcing them to leave the shop. Her mean behaviour was ironic, if you want more customers you better be polite to them.

Called in at 16:25 on October the 1st 2020 shop supervisor (middle aged woman) was rude to me, ordered an item off click and collect, which wouldn't arrive until tommorow, the same item was in store but she wouldn't let me have it despite me working away in the area and having to go home tommorow morning, she claimed it was my fault for looking online and not in store first, no thank you when I bought the product then and there, employee training may be required

Rude and racist to international customers. Lady customer agent tried to push me out of the shop, although nobody was waited or queued outside the shop. Yes we all know its essentials only, although if your shop has products displayed means its open for sale. The lady on duty seemed relluctunt to work or help. We felt non welcoming. We have experienced and have expectations of a different quality of customer services from Holland and Barrett. Not used to such experience. Bicester shop you have let us down.
