My sister and I had a great shopping experience here thanks to Alexandra. I really liked a pair of leather moccasins that were on display but needed a 1/2 size larger. Alexandra was tidying up the shoe section and warmly helped me find the larger size in the stock room. Unfortunately, the shoe box was missing one of the shoes. Alexandra searched the entire store while also asking her colleagues if they had seen it. I almost left saddened but Alexandra was smart to search the other shoe boxes in the stock room and she found it placed in the wrong box! I was very pleased! She was very efficient and attentive the entire time, despite being super busy! My sister also had a question about the pair of shorts she just bought and Alexandra kindly addressed her question. Thanks for going above and beyond with your service, Alexandra!

As others noticed very rude staff who are clearly racist too. I went in to look for a pair of shoes on behalf of my brother in law. The assistant I approached initially ignored me then rudely told me to just wait. He eventually asked me what I wanted so I asked for the shoes. He turned his back and walked away without saying anything. I followed him and after a moment asked if he had registered and actioned my request as I don't read sales assistants minds. He rudely told me he heard me and has asked for the shoes to be brought up. He then proceeded to approach a Caucasian customer and say 'Is there anything you need help with SIR?'. Read what you will of that. I know how I perceive it.He also told us off for using video call in the store even though others were clearly doing the same, in fact we were encouraged to do so downstairs when making a bag purchase, the sales assistant there even modelled the bag for the person on the other end!I don't expect any response from the store as they are arrogant and disgusting, as I gather from reading other one star reviews with no business response... They don't care!

Very rude security at the door, the guy shouted at me - I just asked him what kind of help I would be getting in the store as I had loads of shopping bags and I had to carry my dog as well. I asked if I could leave my bags somewhere while I shop as it is not manageable to hold my dog and try things unless its ok to put her down on the floor when I do try things. He started shouting that I had to leave my dog at home that it?s not his problem and then he told me I cant come and told me to leave. Truthfully, it is his problem - I am a costumer just asking for help. My bad for trying to be polite and talk to him decently. He just acted like he owns the store. I went to complain to the manager, who besides apologising and trying to help me shop (at that point I just wanted to go home I was in no mood to buy anything like I had originally planned, too bad the store lost money because of a badly mannered doorman). Left 1 star for the manager who ?tried?. It was too late at that point, frankly I am not spending a penny in Gucci if I am going to be shouted at.Lesson learned: Never ask security for anything - walk in and do like most people do, blankly ignoring them.

Rude Staff!!!I encountered discourteous staff during my visit. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes for my turn to enter the store and subsequently exchanging roles with my wife, who was accompanied by a little child, the employees only permitted my wife to enter! When I requested that my wife and the child to be allowed inside while I wait them outside,lthey insisted that only my wife to get in, and I and the child to queue again. Despite witnessing my distraught daughter crying for over 15 minutes, they displayed a lack of compassion. Even after speaking with the manager, who heard my concerns, no corrective action was taken, and he did not address the discourteous behavior of the employees at the front door.Rude staff. It doesn?t worth traveling to shop from this store again.

The buildings and the layout are brilliant, but very overpriced and far too way out clothes wise. I can't believe anyone would pay the prices for what I would not wear in a thousand years. It is the run up to Christmas, but queuing to get in Dior and Ugs, really? Let's get a grip on reality.

The lady who was on duty to control visitors to the store was clueless of her job . Being rigid and to an extend being rude too. Gucci need to place people with warmth and customer centric attitude . This was on Wednesday 22Nov 2024. At about 5-6pm

Purchased a man?s wallet and was refused a paper receipt. Had to be emailed. Never got the email and have been chasing since may for the receipt. Went into store this weekend to get it. Took them 30 minutes to reproduce it.Staff have an attitude that stinks like that don?t need you and you should be lucky to be in the store. The nicest store member is the lady at the door.

The secret to impeccable experience: come early.That applies to all the boutiques in the village. Here in particular I had an awesome experience, seller was really patient and helpful. Couldn?t ask for more. Deals are great and stock level is decent. Must visit in future

Both of us really enjoyed shopping here! ??Found to have a good range of on-trend stock at super discounted prices.The lady who sold the bag to me was super friendly and helpful and saved me a lengthy queue downstairs.My partner did have to queue for a while for her purchases, so if all staff could complete payments on their phones like Apple do, that would improve the experience and clear up the queues.The digital queue outside is a great idea and works well for a busy store like Gucci.All in all, a great experience! ?
