Went for the first time and won?t be returning. Sloppy service, waitress didn?t understand basic request. Add 13.5% service charge which I got them to remove. Food overcooked, dry burger, tasteless mac and cheese. Save yourself the hassle.

The service and food is great but the price and amount of food you get absolutely trash.
A grilled chicken meal with fries on the side is just actually fries with small portion chicken on the side. it?s nothing to do with the staff or cooks but the company actively being greedy and reducing their protein portions just to make more money.

*Disgusting unethical restaurant*
I didn?t want to say anything in the restaurant in case I would be embarrassed by the staff for complaining about any of the price and for not being ?wealthy enough?.
You are using sneaky ?upselling? tactics to increase the price and ensure the final bill is inflated as much as possible. Keep your ?suggestions? to yourself.
I ordered water - ok it?s my mistake to for not saying tap water, but then why is your waiter suggesting I get an additional drink on top, a carbonated lemon cucumber drink which cost £10 (extortion) and why was a large bottle bought out when I was dining for one. I had already ordered water and coffee - why is he suggesting a third drink?
Then he said do I want anything extra like chips even though I?ve already ordered my main and added mushrooms as an extra and then extra egg as an extra. I told him at this point I?m on a controlled diet so don?t want chips.
So then the waiter said do you want olives to nibble while you wait (implying they were on the house) but were added to the bill.
Even after I had eaten - he then proceeded to ask if I wanted desert even though I had told him I am on a controlled diet atm. This just seemed unnecessarily pushy and manipulative.
Final bill came to £52 - for a normal brunch of a few eggs, mushrooms, avocado and sourdough and a coffee plus special water and cheapest/hardest olives I?ve ever eaten. Didn?t realise I was dining at a super posh expensive place - especially when the decor does not match that. The food was decent but nothing special. And it came out really quick - bit like Fast Food does like Mcdonalds.
And I?m pretty sure the waiter was putting on a really fake King Charles esque english accent - probably for the tourists.
Extremely unhappy with this restaurant and its unethical practices and to be honest - they should be refunding me the money for the 13.5% service charge, the olives and extortionate £10 drink at the very least.

Asetically pleasing and welcoming, excellent food and the staff were most helpful and accomodating. I would definitely recommend it, especially to take a load off mid/post shopping.

Great service and delicious coffee made by Ala ? in my opinion, the best coffee in Bicester Village. I also recommend the burgers and homemade lemonade. Definitely worth a visit!

Really disappointed. I?ve dined in this restaurant almost every time when I visited the outlet, last week I was shocked when I got the bill, from the moment when we sat the waitress ?kindly? asked us if we want a bottle of water, my friend said yes, that was the first trick; when order food, I ordered beef pie, waitress asked again if I wanted some vegetables or fries, I chose fries, that was the second trick. So, a bottle of water cost £5.25, French fries £7, plus service charge, oh my, I?ve never felt so rubbed. Complained about it to staff at Levi?s, they agreed it?s ridiculous and they always asked for tap water. BTW, my pie was too salty, my friend?s aubergine the same. Something?s definitely wrong with this restaurant, so disappointed, no wonder less and less customers inside. If keeps doing business in this way, the high rents will kill this restaurant soon
