My husband never had the original eye test done there but we were not judged for taking along our prescription and seeing if there could be a saving done.A lovely lady called Isabelle was courteous and so accommodating with our request and guided us with valuable information which was previously given and misunderstood (from another well know opticians) - I was impressed with Isabelle’s mannerism and her customer service skills - she is an asset to Specsavers.”
