I really need to share the experience I had with Gary at the Bicester branch.
I had a problem with my car which is fixable but was double urgent (Gary doesn't know this, but an hour before I headed to the store, I was told my dad has a brain tumor)
So I need my car more than ever and can't afford to have it off the road.
Gary was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.
A true 10 star example in customer care.
I would have left Gary a review even if I hadn't just received this news, but Gary's personable nature and his natural ability to go above and beyond really meant so much.
Gary is a credit to himself and to Euro Car parts and I'm so thankful.

Gary, at Euro Car Parts Bicester, really supported my father today. He went above and beyond to find a solution to an issue which has been going on for months. Not only did he find the part that nobody else has been able to but when it arrived he went out to check the part was correct, contacted the mechanic and personally spoke to them on the phone to confirm. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Gary.

Long overdue post, Would very much like to thank Paygie for her help with a returns matter, extremely helpful very efficient even when told it couldn't be done. She persevered and managed to do in 15 mins what others were unable to do in a week. I would be very surprised if shes not promoted go to person at Euros Bicester from now on... Credit to company.
