Just been served by the grumpiest woman I've met in years. She seemed to take attitude with me the moment I walked in. She tutted and sighed the whole time. When my Google pay was declined and I had to go to my car, she seemed even more annoyed. She made the other customers wait while I went and came back with my card. Unfortunately I was on crutches so this took a while. Same bad attitude when she past me my receipts. She needs training in customer service.

Where to start? I called in for fuel, and the queue was to the door with one very miserable cashier (always miserable) who then decided to disappear for a few minutes leaving people waiting to pay and to get fuel.On the other side of the shop, 3 staff members discussing their weekend!.The Greggs staff, on the other hand, are always polite and friendly.

Just went to the toilet but it seemed to be a clean, efficient petrol station with a shop attached selling many things that people might need like drinks and snacks.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to get a drink as we?d been driving for a long time. We got a red bull and went to the till, where the assistant looked us up and down without asking for ID, which we both would have been happy to give. She proceeded to glare and roll her eyes, then glared at us through the window as we walked to the car. I felt really uncomfortable as a customer and will not return here as long as she is still working.

I looked at the price of the petrol as I drove by. It was easy to read the sign. I did not stop to buy petrol.

If I wasn?t running out fuel I would of gone somewhere else ! The women serving on the till spent 2 minuets shaking her head at me through the window while I was waiting to fill up my motorbike. My helmet was off and hung on my mirror, she proceeded to use the microphone to tell me to get off of my bike, if she understood how to fill up a bike she?d know you need to level the tank to fill it up. I then had to go in and give her my helmet before she let me fill up.Was absolutely ridiculous.

Broke down on the roundabout at around 9:30pm and the guys came and helped me drag my motorbike to safety really grateful for the help provided for services wise help 10/10

£1.89 per litre for diesel when other nearby Petrol Stations are selling for £1.69-1.70 per litre. Less than 5 miles away you can save 19-20p a litre. Totally unregulated and a rip off. Cheaper to fill up in London by at least 15p per litre. When mentioned staff did not seem remotely bothered! Disgusting!!! I would not be surprised if people drive off without paying, robbing gits abusing the financial/economic climate and getting away with it!!!

25p more per litre than others around at time of writing. (175p per litre.) No excuse Esso.
