Dreadful service. Nice showroom and pleasant staff in Bicester, but once you have paid, the pleasantness stops. We had numerous problems with the deliveries, and wrong items sent and damaged goods, which they refused to replace despite us spending over £8k with them. Customer service ignore calls and emails.
