Went in & ordered pizza for collection. Got home it was the wrong base. Rang them up to be confronted by extremely rude and immature manager. Kept what she thought was muting the phone call, to be laughing and joking with her colleagues about me and my partner. Very strange behaviour. Mocked my partners allergies. Passive aggressive behaviour from young blonde immature manager. After 3 separate phone calls they finally agreed to replace my pizza to which I had to go collect when I got there nobody said a word rolled her eyes took my wrong pizza and slid my New one to me whilst sighing and grunting. Honestly such a strange odd experience ?.
Everyone's right when they say kingsmere dominos has better staff and better customer service.

Ordered pizza online for delivery between 19:00 and 19:15. I arrived home at 18:55 to a cold pizza that was delivered at 18:44 (my husband was home)
The pizza also barely had any topping which was very disappointing as I ordered double chicken and it had minimal cheese. But it did have sweetcorn on which I did not order. When I phoned the store initially they hung up on me twice, then when they did answer and I tried to ask for this to be rectified he advised me that they delivered it on time and nothing they could do, it is completely acceptable for them to delivery earlier then a time slot I had requested. When I said it also had a topping on I didn?t select he said nothing. I asked for a refund and got told no he couldn?t do that I would have to speak to head office, I asked to speak to the manager and got told he was the manager. I was unable to get a word in. Quite honestly it was the worst pizza we have ever had from dominoes!

Order arrived 20 mins earlier then selected time slot so when I arrived home it was cold, then it had the incorrect topping. When I phoned the store the first 2 times they hung up. On the third call I was told it?s completely acceptable for them to deliver earlier before chosen time slots and they would not refund me even with a pizza with toppings I didn?t request. The actual toppings I did order were very sparse and with little cheese. Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever received

I?m writing this review to express my disappointment with our order. My mother is visiting us, and we wanted to enjoy some quality family time, so we ordered two pizzas. While the pizzas initially looked good, our experience was completely ruined when my mother discovered a long hair embedded in the cheese of her pizza.
This was not just off-putting, but truly revolting. We were all so disgusted and embarrassed that we had to throw everything away, and our family gathering was cut short as we resorted to eating toast instead.
This situation is completely unacceptable, and we are incredibly upset. We expected a much higher standard of hygiene.

I experienced a sad encounter with a staff who came across as the senior worker at the time of my visit around 2100hrs, 02/01/24 at Buckingham Crescent, Bicester. He was rude in his manners just because I asked for clarification on the pricing for a mighty meaty deal. Not only was he rude, he also tried to make a choice for unrequested. I was put of off by the experience that I had to leave to place my order somewhere else. Dominos please can you get a grip of this kind of behaviours.

Don?t eat here unless you enjoy getting uncooked pizza and food poisoning, tried contacting customer service and they basically told me they don?t care and there not going to do anything about

I have always ordered from Buckingham Road Bicester, and it has been ok.
Recently (I believe) they have had all new staff and my last week order and tonight order, the pizza was disgusting! Too much tomato sauce, pita was so hard and not cooked as it should! Kids didn?t eat it so we threw it away.
Disappointing and don?t think I will order again from this store.
