Went in & ordered pizza for collection. Got home it was the wrong base. Rang them up to be confronted by extremely rude and immature manager. Ordered pizza online for delivery between 19:00 and 19:15. I arrived home at 18:55 to a cold pizza that was delivered at 18:44 (my husband was home) The pizza also barely had any topping which was very disappointing as I ordered double chicken and it had minimal cheese. Order arrived 20 mins earlier then selected time slot so when I arrived home it was cold, then it had the incorrect topping. When I phoned the store the first 2 times they hung up. On the third call I was told it’s completely acceptable for them to deliver earlier before chosen time slots and they would not refund me... read full comment
