Poor telephone manner on this occassion. 1000 orders before Christmas is not something I should be told on the phone when calling ahead to get my medication. Your servicing the general public, most of which who visit you have health related issues and rely on medication. You should be more mindful to keep attitude to a minimum and better handle your enquiries. I treat customers who buy paint from me farrr better than you do with your public service.

Finally leaving this pharmacy after two years of ridiculous waiting times. I'd say I've spent about 20 hours total in this pharmacy?and enough is enough.Today they told my partner that we should have submitted a prescription request a week (??) in advance! Apparently it takes THAT long for them to package standard medicines.If the owners can't hire more staff after 2 years of incompetent management, then they probably need to offer higher pay.Went with Lloyd's Online delivery instead. Suggest you check it out.

Find yourself another local pharmacy. Used twice and waited a lifetime on both occasions. After returning home my wife had remarried! Won't even let you quickly pay for a non prescription item. No sense of urgency. Here's a thing..... spend less time chatting and more time doing then there might not ever be queue!....

While the staff are always friendly, there never seems to be any sense of urgency with the speed of service and even a queue of 5 or 6 people seems to take an age to be worked through.

There have been a few staffing changes in the last couple of years. The waiting times are now ridiculously long, mainly due to one member of staff who takes ages to find the prescriptions. Then they stand and chat to customers about totally irrelevant things when there's a massive queue. People get so fed up that they walk out. There were 3 people in front of me and I waited 45 minutes to be served!!

Always very helpful, but I think if someone went down the line and took the prescription stubs by the time you get to the front of the Queue it would be done. Also maybe a line for general advice and a Line for picking up prescriptions would quicken the process? I?ve never understood the one at a time approach when there is always a long queue?
