If there was an option for zero stars, I?d give it that:
My 1 year old nephew who had his first year jabs was developing a rash, and was making his mum worried. They refused to see him by the pharmacist on a Saturday (today to be exact) because it was near their closing time even though it was 12.50pm. Just told us to go to Boots in town, wasn?t apologetic and no duty of care. Can?t even see a toddler quickly to put his mum?s mind at rest.
I won?t be recommending this pharmacy at all, won?t step foot in it again.

What brilliant service today if I could rate you I'd rate you 10 out of 10 you are always so kind and so helpful to me everyone of your members of staff there are so helpful and kind you are the very best pharmacy around and if I knew anybody want to know where there's a good pharmacy I would recommend your one you help me so much so thank you very very much

Tried to pick up a prescription that they had not ordered in, so they told me to wait a few weeks then try again. Now a few weeks later, I receive a really rude phone call telling me I hadn't picked it up, and to come in now as it's taking up shelf space, even though it's a tiny box and they didn't have it in the first place! Extremely rude staff

Jardines staff are so friendly and helpful, they go out of there way to help you and advise when needed, some time the wait can be long, but that is because they are very popular and have lots of patience on there list, I moved from one pharmacy to Jardines and have alwaysed been made to feel that I'm the only patient, I have lots of items every month and they do there upmost that every thing I need is there for me. The staff are always friendly and polite even when the queue is out the door and pressure is high, they alway have a smile and stay calm, and it was the best decision I made to leave the most popular pharmacy in town, and move to Jardines, I take my hat off to all the staff at Jardines, thankyou for all your help and advice.

Pharmacist and all Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great service. Previous complaints of slow service must be anomalies as 4 people were in front of me and I was served in under 5 minutes on a Saturday Morning.

Horrendous experience with this pharmacy with them saying I?ve collected medication when I haven?t and even the doctors have said I?ve haven?t will not be coming back absolutely disgusted at your treatment And to be honest compared to any other pharmacy, I have used, they are ridiculously slow

So slow and no sense of urgency. Not for the first time, I walked out today. Short queue but no movement and no apologies. They seem pleasant enough if you have 40 mins to wait but they either need more staff or better training/systems because the delays mean service is too slow to be acceptable

Poor telephone manner on this occassion. 1000 orders before Christmas is not something I should be told on the phone when calling ahead to get my medication. Your servicing the general public, most of which who visit you have health related issues and rely on medication. You should be more mindful to keep attitude to a minimum and better handle your enquiries. I treat customers who buy paint from me farrr better than you do with your public service.
