I went in here a few weeks before my friends baby shower, which i was organising to make sure and see if they would be able to blow up and put weights on some balloons id ordered online. The ladies behind the counter said that would be ok but there would be a charge as i hadn't bought them from the shop, which is fair enough i didnt expect it for free but great! This morning, went into the shop, asked to have some balloons done and the lady who wasnt overly pleasant, said no, are they from the shop, which i said no and she said then we cant blow them up. I explained twice about my previous conversation, the lady didnt batter an eyelid and said she couldnt do it there! She offered no resolution to the problem whatsoever! However Bicester party shop were amazing and zero problem not having bought them from their shop!
