Great service here, the shift manager Matthew went above and beyond to help me, he carried my food to the table.
Will definitely be stopping here again.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I was unable to use the kiosk for some reason, so I stood in a queue with three other customers. The shift manager, Mathew, served two of them but then refused to serve me, insisting that I use the kiosk. I explained the issue with the kiosk, but he responded by saying that if the kiosk wasn't working, his till wasn?t either, and he told me to go to another shop. This was extremely frustrating. I visited on 15/10/2024, between 12:35-12:45 pm.

Had a BBQ Crispy Chicken Steakhouse with fries and have to say, superb.
Easy to order (and amend as didn't want cheese), arrived really quickly and beautifully fresh - best BK have been too!

After a long drive I stopped at this service station. The staff had apperently closed the service 20 mins prior to their closing time, when I went and asked the lady on the Counter ?IMAN? she was full of attitude and I was told that I can?t be served food because they need to leave for home. One word, PATHETIC.

Would rate 0 but not an option, website says closes at 11pm and was confirmed by owner 6 days ago but got there at 10:30 pm and a very rude member of staff said they where closed ??? Clearly closing early by there own account ?

We stopped at Cherwell Valley on our way to holiday with the children. I have to say what a lovely experience we had. The staff was really helpful & friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. I would definitely recommend if your taking a break with a car full of children.

Both the chips and nuggets super fresh combined with great service.

Chunk of the butt of the ice berg lettuce in the double whopper XL, leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
Takes a few sips of Fanta to find that it's luke warm, goes to ask for a fresh one, gets told there's no ice and the cooling system for the drinks are broken. The Inconvenience of getting up mid meal to go get a replacement fridge drink is not right and should have been told about this on collection of the food.
The atmosphere is the blame of the service station failing to provide clean chairs.

Best customer service I have witnessed in a while. Very understanding and compassionate. The team was very quick and efficient, food served within 2 mins. Never seen such a clean store before. Will definitely come again.
