I have been shopping today, and I was very dissapointed. As if you do Christmas shopping you want to have everything right. Unfortunately it didnt happen here. I decided to buy a very expensive scarf and when got to the till and asked them to pack it in,the box. I was told they dont have any boxes and cashier tried to put it in the Wallet box which was super small and messed up the scarf. Waited another 10 mins because someone went to check the store room,,still no box.Ended up leaving the premises very dissapointed.

My husband and I had a great time shopping here with great help from Mihaela. She so patient and helpful as we went backband forth trying different trench coats with different lengths and colours. Would highly recommend visiting this store and Mihaela was fantastic the whole time she helped us with our purchase.

Great place to shop if you've got deep deep pockets. If you're like me then look but don't touch especially don't look at the price tagIf you have to look at the prices then burberry outlet let alone the normal store is way above your pay grade. Friendly staff though

Wife had been in store for an hour. I wandered off to grab a drink. Returned at 5.45 (store closes at 6) and was refused entry, even though I had explained I had the card to pay for her shopping. Great way to treat customers.

The service i received from Laura, the supervisor, at this store was EXCEPTIONAL!! I bought an item at this store this week, but was not given clear information about the product. I realised this when i got home that evening. I rang the store the next morning & was amazed with the amount of time & effort Laura put into sorting out the issue. Thanks again Laura.
