Worst food I've had in a long time mushy peas set solid chips cold and not sure the scampi was even cooked each piece spat water at me as I cut into them.

It's ok, nothing more than that. Need to be able to order from table or sort out the queuing. Menu poor, needs more healthier option.

Not intentionally give 1 star, but it was so bad. I was waiting for friends, so just ordered a starter for myself, chicken wings £6.19, I got 5 pieces of chicken wings, not like Nando's whole chicken wing, was very small and dry, feel like being deep fry for few times already. So don't order chicken wings here.

Let's start with all the staff are super lovely! Though the quality of food isn't what it was! Few attempts at getting the right food to the right requirements.
As someone who has raved about this place for five years, it's not what it was. As the staff are by and large the same faces, think the problems could be outside their control.

Finished a 15hr shift. Staying at the premier inn across the road. The bar last order for drinks was 9.30pm
What bar shuts at 9.30. Especially when the kitchen shuts at 9.
Reeks of mismanagement or laziness.
Staying in bicester again in 3 weeks. I'll book somewhere else

We had a fantastic time at this restaurant's breakfast buffet with our family. The variety of dishes and drinks was everything on an English Breakfast menu and everyone found something they loved. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent value. The staff are friendly and helpful. There?s also parking space for up to 2 hours! We'll definitely be back! ?

We have visited here a fair few times over the last 5+ years and sadly the food has really gone down hill. Steak was full of gristle, many items unavailable and undercooked chips! We complained about the steak, they blamed it on the supplier! No apology or anything. The young guy at the bar was friendly, others weren?t. One guy who was cleaning the tables even butted in our conversation in a negative way - which he had obviously been listening to?Yes, you get what you pay for, but the prices are pretty average but the food, atmosphere and respect were all way below average. It was a good central meeting spot for us all, but we will no longer be returning.

This place is budget-friendly and very clean! The food wasn?t the greatest, but it was good enough for what you?re paying for.

I recently visited on a Sunday and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the poor service I received. Upon arrival, the female staff who appeared to be in her 50s with curly long hair, greeted us with a clear lack of warmth or professionalism giving us a feeling this restaurant is only welcoming local people but not tourist.
Her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, and it was evident that she was not particularly friendly or attentive to our needs. As Asian customers, it was disheartening to sense that we were treated with less courtesy than other guests. It?s incredibly disappointing to encounter such behavior in an establishment that should value all patrons equally.
Beverages and some of the food has been good , but the service left a sour taste that overshadowed the entire experience. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service to ensure that all customers feel respected and welcomed.

I booked a table 2 weeks in advance for Sunday roast as we had a leaflet posted through our door. We walked half an hour in the rain (don't drive) only for lady at bar telling us the voucher won't work for us because we are two people not three people. We tried to get two roasts one of which had extra meat which made it over £25 minimum but not working for the extra meat doesn't count as a main so our minimum is 2p short. No manager to help out so we went home soggy and sad.
Also been twice before and missing ingredients each time.
Nothing wrong with the staff but the company really made a terrible misleading promotion which ruined our day.

It was reasonably priced as meals go, however the food was quite poor quality. Which means you still don?t get what you pay for. I wouldn?t recommend unless you are stuck for somewhere to go.
