Went to Brewers Bicester yesterday and was so impressed. I told them I wanted paint to coordinate with curtains I had on order and without having a swatch with me they were able to find the wallpaper to match in one of their books and from there mix me a paint to match ! Talk about going the extra mile!! Amazing service!!

I went to Brewers yesterday, very very unprofessional and rude salesman. This is supposed to be a specialist paint shop but the man was rude and with no knowledge or advice on which paint I can purchase for the job I wanted to do. Instead gave me a business card to call for advice, basically go home get the advice then they will email the shop in Bicester and you will need to return to the shop again. Really? Needless to say no one answered my call.. Sadly one of my worst experiences. Maybe train your employees to a level where they are allowed to give their expert advice and safe people another journey.

Despite being very quiet, a visit to this place always results in a 10 minute wait at the till while you're wait for the person in front to sort out their order / payment card / account / paint.There's only ever one staff member in the shop, there needs to be 2.Screwfix around the corner is far more efficient.

Disgusted with this place went to get a couple of samples and told I had to go home and order them even tho I had my phone and card.When I had put in the order and collected them they were nothing like the shade card.Instead of a pinky beige they came out grey.My painter stopped by and he agreed and said they had changed their base colour and he found 2 different colours in two tins of the same colour.They told me to bring them back the next day and they would check them They denied that the base had been changed.Waited 5 mins in the rain for someone to actually come to the doorThey had the cheek to say there was not a lot of difference to the shade on the card.Must need glassesThey refused to give me a refund even having my phone and card with me.Told again to phone from homeDisgusting service won?t use them again
