Very hot inside which does not make for a pleasant shopping experience. I don't like the store layout with it being one of those shops where you can't just go straight to what you want but have to walk a certain way round. Once you've finished and want to pay for your shopping there is almost always only one cashier at the checkouts even if there is a big queue building up so it can take a long time to get out despite me usually having been in there for only one or two items. Cashiers do not seem very interested in providing friendly and helpful customer service either. Wouldn't choose to shop here in future.

Absolutely Disgusted by Staff Behaviour
I usually love shopping at B&M, but there's one staff member at my local store who ruins every visit. We were friends over 16 years ago but fell out ? and clearly, they?ve not let it go. Every time I go in, they make me feel uncomfortable, speak about me to other staff, and have even made my little girl scared to come into the shop.
Today was the final straw. After I made a complaint and left the store, my daughter?s friends (who were still inside) overheard staff talking about me and mocking the way I dress. How is this acceptable? Staff should be professional ? not petty, judgmental, and mean-spirited.
I?m absolutely livid. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not gossiped about behind their backs like they?re in a school playground. B&M ? you seriously need to address this.
