The staff go out of there way to be helpful and unlike previous chemist they always have my prescription made up & waiting for me.They helped me today with a family members prescription that there own chemist hadn't dealt with on time for them.

Stood outside this morning with 2 others waiting for it to open at 9.
It opened at 9:04
It's 4 minutes yes... but people have work to get on with and your door says 9am.
4 minutes to open the door with no AKNOWLEDGEMENT or even an apology for the people standing behind it speaks volumes. Tsk,tsk.
I counted at least 5 staff within.

Visited for an emergency out-of-hours prescription. There was a problem not of their making, because the prescription had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. However, the pharmacists went above and beyond in phoning on my behalf and arranging for me to get a priority call back from the NHS, which fixed things in minutes and got me the medication I needed - thanks!

Don't bother trying, the staff aren't interested in helping you. I went in to collect a prescription and despite there being 4 members of staff working they told me I had to leave and come back after their lunch break. Not ideal for anyone with mobility or transport issues. Staggering lunch breaks works for every other business.

I went in there today on the off chance that they had had time to fill my prescription. I said I know I have to wait 3 days before coming in but I have run out. The very rude pharmacist said that I was lucky they had done it . Lucky , it's there job ! This was after she wanted my name address and the medication shouted across a very busy shop . When I got upset about having to shout my details across the shop I was told I couldn't speak to them like that . Well Bicester Pharmacy have you every heard of GDPR ! I do not want to announce to the world what medication I am on and where I live . Come on you can do better.
