Someone kindly scraped against my car without leaving a note. I took my car to one garage in Bicester and they weren't able to fit me in for a few weeks. I then drove to Bicester Car Surgery who saw me straight away and, despite being busy, offered to complete the fix in 30mins without overselling it. I broke down on the M40 at night and had to be towed to a random garage, leave the car outside and then just blindly post my keys through the letterbox. I'm so pleased that I picked Bicester Car Surgery. I left a voicemail that night explaining the situation and letting Andy know I would call in the morning. I called about 9.30am next day and introduced myself. By this point Andy already had the car up on the ramp, diagnosed the problem and was halfway through fixing it. I paid him over the phone and picked the car up later that day. Andy is/was a proper lifesaver and I'm so happy with his prompt work. Well done fella - really well done!
