We came in initially to browse and get an idea about a suitable new mattress and bed frame, and ended up leaving with everything ordered. the service was outstanding from Julia, she knew her stuff and was exceptionally helpful in testing multiple different mattresses and finding the perfect one for us

I walked into the shop and shortly afterwards Fiona approached. She asked a few questions to understand my needs and then we discussed the beds as I tried them. Fiona also introduced me to a different manufacturer and she kindly explained the value of those beds. Ultimately I chose the bed I was already considering but it great to be introduced to another manufacturer I really appreciated her input. Fiona was not pushy but friendly and approachable and I felt she definitely knew the products, she actively listened to me. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends going to the Bicester store all because of Fiona Jones

Fiona Jones was excellent - showing me what was available and helpfully answering my questions. She was knowledgable and efficient and it was a pleasure to do business with her. When I later asked for a minor change in the purchase it was no problem.

We were helped by Fiona, the store manager in the Bicester branch and she was just incredible!
Neither of us had had a new mattress before and were unsure of our preferences, Fiano assisted us in discovering what we both wanted and needed. She was patient, kind, helpful and very profesional. She had plenty of advice and endless answers to all of our questions. I honestly believe that had it not been for her, we would not have made a decision or a purchase that day.

From the start, Fiona made us feel welcome. The Sleep machine was an amazing experience. Fiona showed us most of the beds and was very knowledgeable in explaining the beds as my partner and I lay on the beds. There was no rush in making a decision and Fiona gave us space to wander around on our own popping in to see if we had any questions. Enjoyed talking about South Africa to her as well. The store was neat and clean. I will recommend her and Bensons to all my friends and family.
