Disappointing service. I tried on a jacket that didn?t fit and spotted the right size on display. When I asked a staff member for assistance in taking it down to try, I was refused. While I understand that this may not be a commission-based role, good customer service should still be a priority. This experience was frustrating and left a negative impression. I expected better from a reputable brand like Barbour.

If you like Barbour you will love here. Great discounts on all items, recently bought a coat for my wife here and the staff were ready and willing to help. Good service and a nice clutter free store.

Be very careful as not everything is as discounted as much as it would seem. Some products say ?exclusive to BV? with a price but a quick google search shows that the same products are in House of Fraser but cheaper!!There are however products that are end of the line or similar that are very good value. Be careful & selective.

Bit of a hodge podge for sale stuff, good if you need one of their coats, had some items that said exclusive to BV however I have seen the same items in House of Fraser cheaper when they have their own sales.
