Had an unplanned dinner here on Friday night. Whilst not having a booking they managed to fit us in before their bookings started. As we didn't have long we didn't do the all you can eat option and went for a la carte instead. Large range of options and what we had was tasty. Not the best Chinese we've had but tasty none the less.

Beyond disgusting food. Everything was floating in some kind of fluid. First time I?ve ever had a chow mein that?s floating! Same goes for fried shredded chilli beef - floating in fluid, and tasting of perfume!
It?s only been 15 mins since a few bites of the worst Chinese I?ve ever had, but pretty confident me or the wife will end up in the bog before too long. ??

Absolute shocking take away from this place everything was cold the food was raw and absolute no flavour in any of the dishes except the raw onion and carrot they put in everything one of the worst Chinese places I have ever ordered from so not order takeaway from these people

Ordered a take away. It is meant to be Ramen but unfortunately it?s nothing like Ramen. The food is inedible and has a distinct burnt smell. The beef looks incredibly low quality, I am wondering if it?s even beef. This is quite possible the worst food I have had the displeasure to order in Bicester in the 11 years I have lived here. The owner should be ashamed to put their name to this food. I am not looking for a refund or any kind of retort from the restaurant, this is simply a warning to other residents in Bicester. Beware!

Poor The first time the food was excellent! I went back the next weekend with my husband! Terrible treatment, horrible food and the bill was very expensive. I do not recommend it.

I like this place when I am coming here for the bottomless sushi brunch, however to order a takeaway is a biggest mistake you could do.
We spent like 30 pounds, just for two small portions of noodles and delivery charge which was £6!!!
The food had no flavour at all, portions were minimalistic if you compare them to any other Chinese shops in Bicester.
It is the worst Chinese food for delivery I would say.
And one more time want to stress out that when you dine in it is like different place and service, food and prices are totally fine :D

Very bad tasting food, asked the waitress for some vinegar, she went to the kitchen for a few minutes and came out like nothing happened and didn't tell you if there was any or not, you had to ask again and got a reply that there was no vinegar. Can you believe that a restaurant telling you they have no vinegar?

Been here 3 moths ago and just remembered what a crazy experience this was. Sushi was alright but whatever you do just DO NOT get PAD THAI noodles. It tastes like sweaty feet and I am not joking. Worst dish of my life. Also we have been told by the owner/waitress that if we were unable to finish all of our portions we had to pay extra which we literally struggled as we were stuffed but had to finish so we didn?t pay extra which is bizarre, you can t force someone to overeat. Just don?t bother going and spending useless money

Looking at the menu online looks great. NEVER order from here for delivery!!!!
Estimated arrival was 21:30, received at 22:25!!! When I phoned the restaurant at 22:00 was rudely told to wait as food was given to Driver over 20 minutes earlier. Some of the food looked undercooked and EVERYTHING was cold.
No customer service skills when I phoned restaurant either and delivery guy was just as bad. Definitely will NOT be ordering from here again, very VERY disappointed!!!

I cannot recommend Bamboo House highly enough. It wasn't the first time in Bamboo. It's always amazing. Foods are freshly and tasty.Fresh is the most important thing for sushi or sashimi dish. Bamboo house can keep the highest quality all the time.

I went in to get some answers to Google questions and was absolutely surprised by how spacious and vibrant the place is. I love it! ?? Naturally, I had to try their food as well, and it didn't disappoint. The waiter was really helpful in assisting me with choosing the right dish, as I am a bit of a picky eater. Their recommendation was spot on. As I cleaned my plate! ?I am definitely coming back with friends, and I?m planning to try the sushi next time. It looks so good!
