“I really need to share the experience I had with Gary at the Bicester branch.
I had a problem with my car which is fixable but was double urgent (Gary doesn't know this, but an hour before I headed to the store, I was told my dad has a brain tumor)
So I need my car more than ever and can't afford to have it off the road.
Gary was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.
A true 10 star example in customer care.
I would have left Gary a review even if I hadn't just received this news, but Gary's personable nature and his natural ability to go above and beyond really meant so much.

But happy to sort it for me great service! really friendly and really pleased with what they have done!
