Awful service with no one seeming to be in charge. It?s really close to my office otherwise I would NEVER set foot in the place! It never used to be like this. It?s a great shop but the staff are not sufficiently trained or motivated. There is always a massive queue to pay with not enough staff serving and no urgency in anything they do. To annoy you even more there are two self scan tills that are never in use! ?

Staff have always welcomed my little dog with me into you Bicester store but today some rude member of your staff bluntly told me dogs are not allowed in. I?ve been welcomed in many times. The reason? There is food. Yes, there is one sandwich fridge and some drinks. We stay away from that anyway but your staff need to make their minds up about their policy and also teach your staff not to be so bloody blunt and rude.

Very poor experience. Customer service non existent. Staff gave option of self service till or pay cash!! And you wonder why people are shopping on line. I certainly will not be buying from Wilko again. Nothing there that can't be purchased elsewhere

It's a fiasco in there at the moment. Only one till manned by a human, the rest self scan and card. Having lots of shopping I had to find my way to the front of the store, queue for ages, pay cash and fight my way through the queue to get to the back of the store to car park. Ridiculous, I will not be shopping in Wilkos again, I'm really disappointed.
