Had crunchy garlic mushrooms starter, lacked flavour and hardly any garlic, most likely cheap garlic powder, not at all tasty. Mains was a huge dollop of gristly chunks of lamb slapped on a plate with plenty of tasteless curry sauce named Pathia. Also I ordered a Peshwari naan, the coconut was some yellow coloured, flavoured sauce, hardly any coconut involved, again likely out of a bulk pack. Side dish was curried vegetable, probably out of a cheap catering tin of mixed veg with added tinned curry sauce. I doubt a chef was actually involved with the cooking as it appeared to be microwaved. I certainly didn't enjoy any part of the meal whatsoever. Definitely will not return to this very unprofessionally run restaurant.

Cockroach Masala! Yummy!
Arzoo, located in Bicester Market Square, was issued a Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Notice by Cherwell District Council on Monday (September 2).
The notice said there was an "imminent risk of injury to health due to a serious, widespread infestation of cockroaches".
It added that the infestation was "serious enough to result in the actual contamination of food or a significant risk of contamination throughout the food premises".

Another late finish from work.
Come back multiple times for a good meal.. not all grease and colouring.
Also been with friends at weekends.
Always good food and accmodating.
Midweek set menu I'd also good value!

I am always well looked after and the food is really good, basic but good. If you like hot curries, please let them know because most of the dishes are mild, the Nager is not even up to a Madras for me!

DISGUSTING PLACE! RUDE STAFF, RUDE DELIVERY DRIVER. WE WAS WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR OUR FOOD. WE CALLED THE RESTAURANT AS TIME WAS GETTING ON AND THEY INFORMED US THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS WAITING FOR 20 MINUITES. WE WROTE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON THE DRIVER NOTES TO DRIVE THROUGH THE MAIN GATES (we gave the code) THEN TO CALL US WHEN THEY ARRIVED 2 NUMBERS WE LEFT AND NOT ONE OF THEM RANG. THE DRIVER WAS RUDE TO ME AND JUST LOOKED AT THE RECIPT WHEN I ASKED IF SHE READ THEM SHE JUST MADE A NOISE AND SAID SHE DIDNT SEE IT. NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!! I HOPE THOS PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN. OUR FOOD WAS FREEZING COLD AND THATS HARD TO DO WITH A CURRY, WE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE MANAGER DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

Really disappointed with our meal last night. The dips for the poppadoms had no taste & looked like they had been sat for a week.The meals were warm at best & had no spice to them.Found foreign objects in the curry's which totally put us off.Ordered before and that was fine.Unfortunately will not order from here again.
