First of all the way they treat you is horrible. I went to the shop to get my shoe as I'm a regular Armani customer specially for the shoes. The woman (wouldn't call her a lady) came to me in a very aggresive way and asked how can she help. When I told her I need that shoe in my size, she was moaning and saying something in a different language and then before checking she said we don't have that size! I told her if she can check other shoes and she rose her voice like she was forced to serve me. I got so offended and left the shop immidiately.After 1 month I visited the shop and made sure that woman is not going to serve me and luckily she wasn't there. I chose a shoe and some other items which were in 30% sale.The staff kept passing me to each other and made other customers uncomfortable the way they were arguing between each other. Finally when I went to the til to pay, another woman came to take the paymeny and since I was paying cash, she was so impatient and took the cash I was counting and when I was done counting she put £10 aside and then put it away. My wife was watching it and she complained that she took an extra £10 and she denied it. When I counted the money later, I realized that she actually took £10 extra and was teying to hide it from us (pathetic!)Also she dodn't apply the 30% discount on my items and I paid the full amont and when I realized, the shop was closed and since I live in London, I'll have to go there again and claim my 30%.I did complain about the behaviour of the staff and thay woman on the till claimed she was the manager and when I asked her to confirm her name, she said she is one of the managers which was clearly a lie.Careful when you go to this shop as they distract you with an argument and steal your money.

I don't know whats the fuss all about ? This out let definitely has one of the best Sales persons. They were well informed and were more than happy to help when asked. Good stuff. Don't get concerned by the negative comments. I am from India and did not face any issues with the sales persons or quality of the products. Happy shopping.

I would give them ZERO!!! Absolutely disgusted with the service and behaviour i received today. I asked a sales advisor (short, skinny, ginger with barley no hair) if 2 bags where available he said he will go and check. The store was pretty much empty so it wasn't busy at all. He Never came back! I asked a lady after 10 minutes pass she said hes looking wait. He eventually came back and acted like he wasn't serving me at all i came upto him again i said i asked for you to look for two bags that i would like to buy them and he acted like he never served me and said no i don't know and looked away. Then he blamed another colleague that he was serving me and i said no it was you. He didn't even care that i was waiting and wasting my time. The lady was not helpful either. He didn't even own up to it until he was caught out. Absolutely pathetic man! own your mistakes. No apology at all from him for all the inconvenience, acted like he was above me. Sorry to say, your the server and i am the consumer. I took my money elsewhere and throughtout other competitors and i was treated with kindness and respect as i am a loyal member. So i will be making sure myself & everyone from high net worth individuals avoid this at all costs.
