Woman with the coloured hair at the door was only greeting the white people, nothing suspect about that!! And the woman on the till, so rude- maybe time to teach your staff about some customer service!

A lame scammy brand. I was only told that items could not be refunded once I had made the purchase; they only give you in-store credit. And when I took a t-shirt out of their individual item packaging, it had some sugary powder on it which stained the t-shirt. This brand is overpriced and rubbish, Barbour is way better. Also, at Reiss they allow returns to any store for full refund within 28 days.

Great experience at AllSaints Bicester. The staff were attentive, friendly, and really knew their stuff. The quality of the clothing is outstanding ? stylish, well-made, and full of character. Definitely one of the best stops in the village.

I like AllSaints but the quality of their outlet clothing is rather poor in comparison to the stock in high street stores. Bought two new dresses (at full price) and despite following the care label they both caught snags after one wash. Extremely disappointing. Staff is nice and I appreciated how caring the workers around the changing rooms were.

Spent £250 at all saints Bicester, I wasn?t told it was exchange only when I paid, I returned 2 weeks later as the items didn?t fit my husband and was told I could only have an exchange. The manager told me every sales person tells the person buying this and that it was legal to only offer an exchange. If you have to tell someone it?s legal as your only line of defence, this tells me it?s dodgy! Having driven an hour to get to the shop to do the refund I had no choice but to find alternatives in store to exchange, this is an absolute disgrace not to offer a refund and whilst I was there (over an hour) I only heard 1 shop assistant mention it was exchange only at the checkout. My advice is stay away from this shop unless you are ? certain what you bought will fit and for all those that don?t know it is EXCHANGE ONLY!!!!

May 31 afternoon, I came to this store to buy two jackets. After I chose, i saw that the displayed item has many signs of worn out, so I asked staff to give me a new one in stock. The one that staff gave me is of wrong size, which I only found out after backing my home in London.
I immediately called the store, and recorded the phone call at the same time. It might seem unnecessary to record, so did I think at that time, but I still recorded in case, and it turned out to be necessary.
The store told me that I cannot return the item via the nearest Allsaints store because the item of the wrong size was a discount item, and the only way to do exchange/return is to come back to Bicester again.
I told the phone-picker, it will waste me another 2 hours to travel between London and Bicester. So I asked for a partial refund. He agreed to offer me 10% refund (which cannot cover even the travel expenses back-and-forth) and a gift card. He sounded sincerely sorry for the fault I experienced,
so I believed it was just a mistake.
However, on the second day, I came to the store, the cashier did the exchange for me. But she deny any assertions made by staff of the store to offer any partial refund or compensation nor gift card.
Fortunately, I recorded the phone call ! So I told she that I have this evidence. There is not any cellular signal inside the store, so I need to came outside the store, accompanied by another staff for him to identify which staff was the speaker by voice, and played the record and showed the transcript to him.
I really don?t understand why this matter needed to come too far like this ??recording phone call becoming a necessity as if it was the evidence collection procedure for litigation or prosecution; Having to play the record and show the transcript like the evidence provision in a court trial ??so that your staff won?t deny anything which are all agreed before, either by another staff or not.
And so far I haven?t received the gift card yet.

The clerk is very enthusiastic!However, discounted products may also be defective products, so be sure to check them carefully! Moreover, the number of codes is limited and the popular sizes are basically very few.

This isn't All Saints it now a Stone Island outlet. Big store with not a lot of stock and the security on the door are quite arrogant. Prices not great all in all quite dissapointing really.

A small but decent store. It has a large amount of clothes packed into a small space and often isn't easy to find what you are looking for. It's quicker to ask a member of staff and often they find it straight away.
