I?m writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that took place in your store, involving both a customer and Assistant Manager, Graham.
During my visit, another customer forcefully slammed her trolley into me and then proceeded to confront me and the person I was with in a threatening and aggressive manner?this was all captured on CCTV. Despite this, when the customer spoke with Graham for approximately 15 minutes, she was able to portray herself as the victim.
When we attempted to explain our side of the incident, Graham refused to engage or even allow us to speak. He immediately stated he would not tolerate aggressive behaviour in the store, implying we were at fault without having reviewed the CCTV or taken a neutral stance. His conduct was passive, dismissive, and laced with microaggressive undertones.
As Black customers, this felt not only unjust but discriminatory. I shop in this store daily. I am always respectful and polite, and I have never experienced anything like this before. To be treated this way, without being heard or acknowledged, is both disturbing and unacceptable.
I have reported the incident to head office already, but I want to stress that Graham?s behaviour was unprofessional, biased, and inappropriate for someone in a managerial position. At the very least, he needs immediate training in conflict resolution, customer care, and unconscious bias. In my view, he should not be in that role at all.
I look forward to hearing what actions will be taken in response to this serious matter.

We did our weekly shop and we were really happy with the quality and found it to be £60 cheaper than Tesco , and got pretty much everything the same as we would normally get at Tescos
