“Popped into store but sadly they didn't have the case I needed. I was told I could order it through whatsapp and have it delivered to my home with no charge which was great. Sadly the courier company lost the shipment but Aya in store was very pro-active in chasing the carrier and keeping me updated. She even managed to source the same case from a different store as she no longer had the stock. An absolutely text book example of how customers should be treated and cared for and I hope Samsonite recognise this.Well done Samsonite and well done Aya.Matt”
