Excellent service,friendly and knowledgeable. Popped in a few weeks ago as my car was making a noise,the spring had broken, also needed 2 new tyres they kept it over night and rang at 9.20am the next morning to say it was ready for pick up! 1st class service

Today after a minor admin oversight I realised my work vans mot had run out. Called at 9am in a panic and was informed they can take the van today but can't guarantee when they could do it. 12.45pm and I had a message to say I could come collect my chariot. What a service from 1st stop will be using them for every vehicle and not just the van. Thank you guys

This gentleman is a diamond in the rough. He will happily show you anything that is wrong or needs attention in an MOT test. If a job is not in his scope, he will rather recommend someone than tell you he can do it and take it himself and knock the price up. I have used him on both of my cars and my daughter takes her car there now as well. His prices are reasonable and he won't take you for a ride like the one at the top of town that's supposed to be Kwik. I highly recommend this company.

Called for a quote for work to be done on my car, including an MOT and service.Didn?t hear anything for two days so called again, I was promised quote by email later that day.Never received it!Very disappointed as the reviews are great and I?m sure they give a great service, once you?ve been accepted.I wouldn?t rule out using them in future but not with quotes via email. Need to go in and do it face to face I think.Looks like they?re busy enough and don?t really need any new customers.Had a great response since first posting my review, I?m more than happy with why things didn?t go as I would?ve liked and I?m really pleased to say we are now going through the process of getting my car booked in.I feel sure we?ll also be bringing my wife?s car here.They obviously have a high rating for good reason and how they?ve dealt with this shows there is definitely good reason for their reviews.Services: Oil change
