Fantastic store with beautiful products. Staff always helpful and friendly. Really lovely Aladdin?s cave of treasures with different rooms. All with a variety of quality products including Sylvanian families.

I purchased from Maison White and never received my item. The tracking shows it was delivered to a safeplace. Upon checking, my item wasn't there. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. I have been waiting over a month for a refund.

Kindly don?t use that as an excuse it bares no relevance to the situation or how it?s been handled.I would usually post full communications in reviews so the situation is clear for all to read however it?s limited to 4000 characters and there is over 30000 in the communications.You repeatedly called, were rude on the phone to me and to my colleagues which is unacceptable. And we do not tolerate it.While we happily bend over backwards to help our genuine, simply put, polite customers if there are issues. I?m afraid you entered into this with your own actions.5 parcels were lost that day by Royal Mail - 4 of them were replaced after 5 days of being missing- all of those customers were polite and understanding. Do not buy from this company they sold me a jellycat bunny for the ear to drop off 1 day later then refused to swap or refund also on calling where very rude and shouting down the phone then proceeded to argue it wasn?t from them even though I have the receipt from them and they posted it to me . This is one very unprofessional company with very angry bosses. Trading standards will be looking into this ?also like to add I contacted jellycat themselves direct and who you distribute for and gave them our serial numbers and receipt from yourselves and was horrified to hear how you treat us with your false made up stories of not your stock and my daughter has a replacement bunny on route from them, I?m sure you?ll be contacted by them in time . . Maybe they should give you classes to you on how to give good customer service and not scream down the phone at people who has paid good hard earned money for faulty stuff you sell and there?s a lot of negative reviews on your page growing all saying the same thing.

I purchased a gift for my newborn granddaughter, unfortunately the same jelly cat bunny was also purchased by 2 other family members as well. On contacting the company, I was advised I could return the item, but was not told there would be a 15% restocking fee on top of the returns postage. I only found this out by reading their terms and conditions. It pays to read the small print. Next time I will purchase from a company with better terms and conditions that are more upfront.

I ordered two quite expensive candles for the first time and was only sent one candle not two. When I emailed to complain I received a very condescending reply simply re quoting my ?extreme disappointment? in a sarcastic manner and that they are working hard to fulfil orders and that they are ?only human?. They also implied I should be grateful that the excessive packaging didn?t break my order as I would have been even more ?distressed? had the only candle that was sent had been broken. As a company they are not very polite and considering the cost of their products quite blasé about the satisfaction of their customers. I will not use this company again.

I sent off for a single duvet set and an unexpected colour way arrived. As the set was bought to match a previous purchase, my wife and I were disappointed.On contacting Maison White, Ron apologised for sending the wrong item, which he explained was a new product, and immediately set about replacing it with the correct one.The replacement item arrived very quickly and is perfect.Maison White provided exemplary service following the original hiccup.Many thanks to them.

Great service and friendly staff. I've ordered quite a few items online from these guys - mostly cuddly toys! Delivery is always very prompt and on a couple of occasions a team member has called me to confirm details of my order and they've been really friendly and helpful.

Costumer service in need of training, I have been treated in a very unprofessional way!We order 5 jellycat bunny's online, 3 days later called the store for an update on the delivery, the staff confirmed they had them in stock but the order haven't been dispatched. No apology or admitting their mistake and in reaction to my natural indignation, cancelled the order when I asked them not to. Not fair!

have been waiting for my order since 3 Oct, this was supposed to be a birthday present, for my granddaughter, birthday now been and gone, have been told that they have had trouble with delivery drivers but this has now gone passed the recommended time frame that I was given for delivery of my items, have had no correspondence explaining why from you, if you can still not give me a date for delivery I would like a refund.

I?ve placed 3 orders now with Maison White, and each time, the service has been outstanding. The communication is excellent and pro-active; the delivery service has been prompt and the products received - curtains, cushions and a soft toys - have been fantastic. Will definitely be back for more!

If I could give this company minus stars I would,, bought two pairs of curtains from this company one perfect, the other not at all as advertised different colours. Contacted them to let them know that I would be returning the second pair and expect a full refund and got a story about them needing to contact the manufacturer. When I challenged their response and stated my rights the rudeness of the response was unbelievable. I will never ever buy from this company again and I would strongly recommend that others don't either.
