Amongst the staffs many roles, customer service is one of them, and unfortunately some of the staff do not uphold that standard. Ian was lovely and tried his best to be helpful however the pink haired lady, who I can only assume is the manager was dismissive and rude.
Would much rather do the journey to a different shop instead, just so I don?t get spoken to that way again.

I'm used to buying warped wood from various Wickes stores but I grabbed 2 bags of cement for a project and both were off. Spoiled by poor storage. Both bags were set solid. Generally a good store for DIY needs. This is just a gripe because my time and money was wasted. The cashier was friendly and cheerful.

Useless. 12 online orders and everyone has issues. Things missing, delayed delivery and getting hold of someone on the phone takes for ever. Best avoid!

Tried these guys over TP and man did they fail! Delivered half the delivery and when we chased, the manager Briony advised they messed up and can?t help resolve or offer a discount due to all the issues. Computer literally said no We now have a garden in complete state and not even sure when it will be done now! The hottest week so far this year! Yeah, avoid these guys like the plague, absolute shower!

Everything was a bit dusty! From the kitchen displays to the tools. But they nay have just had some work done. Good range, relatively cheap prices.
I was going for timber this time. Easy to park.
