I like to buy magazines and not online and Smiths always have the ones I want plus always tidy

Unfortunately having to give this rating for the post office service within WHSmith. Really really unhelpful lady on the desk. Asked for a driving licence renewal form and the lady said you're talking foreign to me I don't know what you want. She had a quick flick through some of the forms and the said she didn't have any.... read full comment
