I don't normally review chain stores, but sometimes it's a little thing that makes for the standout. I had ordered a book click and collect. Went up to the desk right by the entrance, and asked for it. He asked my name, and on being told named the book !! Then turned round and picked it out, and as always with Waterstones... read full comment
