Ordered online for delivery on Saturday, order was completely wrong, no response from customer services till Monday and its still not resolved.Edit: I have supplied the requested information and have had no response or reply, awful customer services, it doesn't work.

Waitrose is a difficult place to shop, sadly just like all the other hig supermarkets- serve yourself is what Waitrose want. There is not enough staff, they are too busy with other duties to provide a service to customers.The vouchers earned by customers are on-line so a 78 year old, non-techy person like me stands no chance of benefitting.Please employ staff who can provide helpful service.

A generally well-stocked and laid out largeish branch of a generally well run supermarket chain. I stopped for lunch in their cafeteria which was entirely satisfactory with friendly and helpful staff. I then did some shopping which was much as I anticipated . . . a few stock shortages and frightening prices due to the stupidity of the current Foreign Secretary when he was Prime Minister and the deceitful campaign of those in favour of our departure from the EU. Unlike most supermarkets it was possible to find staff to ask for directions and help, both willingly provided when required. Thank you !

What a pain to pay with cash with a loaded trolley,had to summon a cashier from somewhere! Who was very sulky and not helpful. Poor customer service for a high end super market .

Have a few family birthdays coming up and with onset of Valentines Day too, I purchased 4 cards yesterday. I was stunned as to how much they came to.£16 Needless to say I will NOT be buying any cards from Waitrose again. You may have said they would be excellent quality for the price but no they were not, we needed to have a piece of tape on the back to seal them as didn't close properly. Very aggrieved and disappointed customer.

We ordered two coffees, one amarricano coffee with hot milk and one flat white. My husband walked to the table with the drinks and passed me the flat white coffee. It was lukewarm so I asked for it to be reheated. The assistant said " You need to drink it quicker and the the temperature is set for health and safety reasons". She then made a little hot milk and topped up the cup. I won't be buying it again.

Went out with family. I did not have anything to eat. No gluten free option in cafe then went in the shop to get gluten free . They staff said you can pick up sandwiches from the shop only one variety they do in sandwiches and guess what out of stock.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free option

Conveniently located at Witrose store. Plenty of sitting spaces.I like coming there early mornings fo breakfast coffee a a piece of pastry for good start of the day.

Thought we would have a nice lunch twice here and both times they have no stock of any hot lunch items. Thought after the first time it would be a 1 off however nothing available on the second try. Extremely disappointing!
