Went in to book a family holiday - our first with me as a disabled traveller - with some trepidation following a bad experience at a different travel store. I needn't have worried; Debbie was marvellous, super helpful and reassuring and made the whole experience very painless and enjoyable.

We visited the Banbury store and were seen by the lovely Carmen. She made the whole experience really pleasant and was super friendly and helpful. We have booked a fabulous holiday for our honeymoon and Carmen was very efficient and helped us narrow down our search with her excellent knowledge. We usually book via the Tui app but I?m very pleased we popped into the Banbury store and booked face to face. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Carmen!!

Carmen at the Banbury store helped my partner and I book a holiday to Florida. She was friendly, infotmative and attentive from start to finish. When we had some issues, she responded almost instantly. We couldn't have received a better service! Her knowledge of the area we booked to stay in gave us a great idea of what there was to do there. We will definitely return to the store when we book a holiday in the future!

I booked a holiday today with Laura at TUI in Banbury, Gateway and she was extremely warm and kind! She made everything smooth and talked us through everything step by step. Saved us all the stress of booking a holiday! Would highly recommend!!

Had great service, from Debbie at the Banbury service, made us feel more relaxed coming in and booking my holiday in store as I had heard it was cheaper online than coming in to the store. I used the TUI app to book my holiday last year and unfortunately when details of our holiday were changed the online customer service was less than helpful. I visited TUI in Banbury and they couldn't be more helpful and sorted me out very swiftly. My family and I visited this morning, we were very warmly welcomed and looked after by Debbie, we booked our holiday in 20 minutes as we knew exactly what we wanted. Online discount applied and the reassurance that we can pop into store to book excursions when we are ready to. They can book airport parking, airport hotels and currency. Their knowledge of the the locations was very impressive too. Thank you.

I visited the store last week and was greeted by Ellie, she was very polite and helpful she informed me she was still training (she was very knowledgeable for someone still training) but sat with me taking down my details and requirements before taking me over to someone that could help me with my booking. Everyone in the store was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be returning.
