I was unclear about using my phone abroad and the costs involved which seemed to depend on whether or not your contract began before or after 1/10/2021. Luke, the assistant in the shop, was able to give me a clear answer and explain how the costs works.He offered me some other useful tips for using data abroad which I can easily implement.All 3 people in our household are on "three" monthly contracts and we have no plans to change as we get good service.

I visited this store last Saturday morning (9th April) to renew two mobile phone contracts. Shelly took care of our contracts with a knowledgeable and professional approach. Shelly made the whole transaction easy and I would recommend this store.

Helpful people but the deals seem to vary by the day which is aggravating and means your bargain contract is a matter of chance.

Staff wasn't interested in helping me, seemed bored kept walking away when I was asking for advice & I was the only customer, was looking for a tab & to upgrade my 3rd contract phone with three. Will be using another network after 10yrs!
