Went into the Bam store as I wanted to get a Honor Magic V5. I was just left standing there for 10 minutes and completely ignored. Unprofessional and customer unfriendly. That's putting it mildly. Online is the way to go.

Fantastic service from Dale and Dawn. They went above and beyond to help my mum. When Three were not able to help over the phone we took a trip in to the Banbury store. Dale sorted all issues ensuring my mum was made to feel comfortable after a worrying experience with fraudulent activity.
Thanks to Dale and Dawn for looking after my mum so well and resolving the issue promptly!

My GF and I went in with a MyFi issue and even though the online team were a nightmare with regards to the issue, Dale and Andi were amazing. Sorted the issue and set us up with a much better deal. Absolute legends.

I had lost my SIM card. Dawn in the Banbury store managed to sort a new Sim for me in no time. She was extremely efficient and pleasant. This was completely opposite to the experience I had in another Three Store in London last week where I wasted 2 hours of my time and the London store did nothing to sort my problem. I loved the whole experience in the Banbury Three store. They were wonderful!

I?ve just had the most amazing service in the Banbury Three store by Dale! I went in over my lunch hour today as my email has been hacked and credit card details stolen and I was worried my phone had been compromised too. Dale was very knowledgeable, patient and kind; he put my mind at ease, advising me how to handle the situation. He helped me change my Apple ID to my new email address and replace the cancelled credit card with my new card details among other things. The whole hacking incident had left me feeling very vulnerable but Dale?s kindness and professionalism today has really helped to cheer me up and try and put this whole upsetting experience behind me. Thank you Dale!

I was unclear about using my phone abroad and the costs involved which seemed to depend on whether or not your contract began before or after 1/10/2021. Luke, the assistant in the shop, was able to give me a clear answer and explain how the costs works.He offered me some other useful tips for using data abroad which I can easily implement.All 3 people in our household are on "three" monthly contracts and we have no plans to change as we get good service.
